Julie Barthélémy

Julie Barthélémy, a dancer and choreographer from France, pursued her studies in contemporary, classical and jazz dance at the conservatories of Metz and Toulouse. She graduated from all three courses with a diploma. She furthered her education by joining, quite early on, multidisciplinary companies. Julie also earned her state diploma as a teacher of contemporary dance. Currently, she dances regularly for choreographers of European and international standing such as Anu Sistonen, Manuela Lacopini, Bernard Baumgarten, and also performs for visual artists such as Marie Noëlle Deverre and Tommy Laslo. She also develops her own projects and is regularly invited as a choreographer or dance teacher at renowned institutions such as the Arsenal in Metz, the TROIS C-L, Charleroi Danse and others.

She mixes her dance and her energy and lets them evolve through her dance performances, the different ways of movement, and the technological evolution that present themselves in performing arts.
